The Swiss Minister presents his compliments
to His Majesty's Principal Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and has the honour to acquaint him that a telegraphic comamication has been received from the Departement Politique at Bern intimating that, according to advices received from the Legation at Berlin, the case of German interests in the Crow Colony at Hong Kong has been undertaken by the Royal Netherlands Gover- ment.
